Yes! We offer e-design options for clients outside our service area or for those who prefer a remote process. You'll get all the same creativity, just delivered digitally—complete with a design plan, product links, and styling tips.

It depends on the scope! Smaller styling jobs may take a few weeks, while full-room designs or custom installations may take several months. We’ll give you a timeline estimate before we start, and keep you updated every step of the way.

Absolutely! All of our rugs are made to order, so you can choose size, color palette, shape, and style. We'll work with you on a design that fits your vision—and your floor.

We’ll chat about what kind of tech upgrades you’re looking for—lighting, security, entertainment, voice control, and more. Danny will then recommend the best devices, handle installation, and walk you through how everything works. It’s tech made simple (and stylish).

A 50% deposit is required to lock in your project. The remainder is due upon completion unless otherwise noted in your contract. Custom rugs may require full payment up front. All payment details will be clearly outlined before we begin.

Since most of our work is custom, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there’s a problem with your rug or installation, reach out right away—we want you to love your space and will do what we can to make it right.
