REFUND POLICY

At Dezy Designs, we take pride in the creativity, craftsmanship, and care we put into every project. Because many of our services are custom and time-based, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

INTERIOR DESIGN & DECORATING SERVICES

  • Deposits are non-refundable once the project is booked, as we reserve time and begin work immediately.

  • If the project is canceled by the client after work has started, partial refunds may be issued based on how much work has been completed, minus the non-refundable deposit.

  • If Dezy Designs cancels for any reason, clients will receive a refund of any unused portion of their payment.

CUSTOM RUGS

  • All rug orders are final sale. Because each rug is made to order just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • If your rug arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

SMART HOME INSTALLATIONS

  • Installation fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

  • If a device malfunctions due to manufacturer issues, we’ll help guide you through the warranty or replacement process with the manufacturer—but we are not responsible for hardware defects.

  • If you cancel installation services before work begins, and no custom prep has been done, a partial refund may be available.

RESCHEDULING & STORE CREDIT

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a service, we’ll do our best to accommodate. In some cases, we may offer a credit toward future services instead of a refund.
