REFUND POLICY
At Dezy Designs, we take pride in the creativity, craftsmanship, and care we put into every project. Because many of our services are custom and time-based, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.
INTERIOR DESIGN & DECORATING SERVICES

Deposits are non-refundable once the project is booked, as we reserve time and begin work immediately.

If the project is canceled by the client after work has started, partial refunds may be issued based on how much work has been completed, minus the non-refundable deposit.

If Dezy Designs cancels for any reason, clients will receive a refund of any unused portion of their payment.
CUSTOM RUGS

All rug orders are final sale. Because each rug is made to order just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your rug arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
SMART HOME INSTALLATIONS

Installation fees are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

If a device malfunctions due to manufacturer issues, we’ll help guide you through the warranty or replacement process with the manufacturer—but we are not responsible for hardware defects.

If you cancel installation services before work begins, and no custom prep has been done, a partial refund may be available.
RESCHEDULING & STORE CREDIT
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a service, we’ll do our best to accommodate. In some cases, we may offer a credit toward future services instead of a refund.
