SHIPPING POLICY

Each Dezy Designs rug is custom-made just for you! Because of the care and craftsmanship involved, please allow extra time for production and shipping.

• Custom rugs typically take 4–6 weeks to produce, depending on design complexity and materials.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another once your rug is ready to ship.

• We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on size and destination.

• Tracking information will be provided once your item ships.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary based on location and size.

• We currently ship within the U.S.

• If you're outside the U.S. and interested in a custom piece, contact us directly—we may be able to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.

• Once an order leaves our studio, it’s in the carrier’s hands. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages—but we’ll do our best to help if there’s an issue.

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We’re not responsible for delivery errors due to incorrect addresses.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to find a solution, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or store credit.
