TERMS & CONDITIONS

OVERVIEW

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Dezy Designs, including but not limited to interior design, custom rug creation, and smart home installation. By booking our services, you (“Client”) agree to these Terms.

SERVICES PROVIDED

Dezy Designs offers the following services:

• Interior design and decorating

• Custom rug design and production

• Smart home installation and setup

All services are tailored to each client. Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract before the project begins.

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS

• A 50% deposit is required to secure your project in our schedule.

• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or as otherwise outlined in your proposal.

• For custom rugs, full payment may be required upfront depending on materials and labor.

• We accept payment via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Late payments may result in project delays or additional fees.

REVISIONS & CHANGES

​We allow a set number of revisions, as specified in your service agreement. Additional changes outside of scope may incur extra fees and adjust the project timeline.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

• Deposits are non-refundable due to time and resources committed upfront.

• If you cancel the project after work has started, you may be responsible for the cost of any completed work or purchased materials.

• In the event Dezy Designs must cancel, a refund of any unused funds will be issued.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS (RUGS)

All custom rugs are made to order and are final sale. Please double-check sizing, colors, and design approvals before production. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect.

SMART HOME INSTALLATIONS

We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, software glitches, or future compatibility issues with third-party smart home devices. We ensure installation is completed safely and according to product instructions, but ongoing maintenance and support may require a separate agreement.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and access to the space when needed. Delays caused by lack of communication or missed deadlines may impact project timelines and budgets.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Dezy Designs retains the right to use project images and design work for portfolio and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

LIABILITY

Dezy Designs is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of products, furnishings, or technology once installed. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper usage and upkeep.
